1. Pray & Fast

Get with your squad to rumble together, or get alone in your room to pray. Choose something you want to fast for the day (food, snacks, a meal, etc.) and then spend time seeking God for awakening and salvation in this generation.

2. Release Your Sound Proclaming The Gospel

Using #genzforjesus, post a video on social media preaching the Gospel or sharing your testimony. Go live or put up a video reading the Bible, praying, or worshipping with your friends. Post your artwork, your spoken word, the song you wrote, the dance you choreographed, your evangelistic TikTok sketch etc. all using the hashtag #genzforjesus, so that a viral, creative sound can thunder across the internet for God.

If you’re not part of Gen Z, you still have an important part to play in this! Maybe your a church leader, a We are in a Spirit of Elijah moment, as God is turning “the hearts of fathers to the children and the hearts of children to the fathers” (Malachi 4:5). No matter what generation you are from, there are some specific ways we want to invite you to be a part of this moment empowering Gen Z.

On June 17th, 2020, we are calling Gen Z to take up the torch of prayer and the proclamation of the Gospel.

It was this same day in 1963 that the Supreme Court ruled on the removal of those two things (prayer and the Bible) from our public school system. But while some may try to take God out of our schools and universities, they can’t take God out of our young messengers, intercessors, and evangelists! These young leaders are already being raised up by God, and they have a voice that needs to be heard!

"I will pour out my spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy" (Acts 2:17)

"I raised up some of your sons as prophets, and your young men as nazirites; Is it not so?" (Amos 2:11)

We are calling Gen Z to a holy activism on the anniversary of that supreme court ruling— to lift their voice in prayer for an outpouring of the holy spirit and salvation in their generation, and to boldly and creatively proclaim the Gospel online and everywhere!
